Payment may be made by check or any of the major credit cards. When making a credit card purchase by mail or fax please include your signature in addition to the appropriate card number and expiration date.

Sales Tax will be applied to residents of New York State.
All orders are subject to prior sale.

Within the United States, all orders will be shipped via UPS unless the customer requests otherwise. Packaging and shipping will be billed at a rate of $7 dollars for the first book and $2 dollars for each additional book.

For orders to be shipped outside of the United States, please indicate whether items are to be sent by air or surface mail.
