Incorporated in 1984, Commercial Data Systems & Supplies Inc. (CDS) is a systems integrator specializing in Point-Of-Sale solutions and Office Automation. Three offices serve both North and South Carolina. Our Shelby, NC Corporate Headquarters has grown from 3000 square feet in 1984 into our current 12,000 square foot facility. CDS has become a leading provider of products and services to the hospitality, retail, grocery, and general office markets in the Southeast.
When CDS incorporated 16 years ago, we didn't try to master several areas only to give halfhearted efforts, but neither did we try to limit ourselves. Like Tony Berry, our President says: " We've never been just another storefront environment ". Based on the success that we've had in the point-of-sale market, we knew that we could venture into the office automation market to provide a more comprehensive product line that would better serve our customers.
